Summary

This summer, I went back home to Korean and had the opportunity to work as a product design intern in the GPP PM Team of Krafton. I started off with researching and analyzing the information architecture and flow of the Krafton ID system, and got to learn about how to be a good team member. I participated in meetings held every Tuesday where each member presented progress checks of their work and got to experience the logistics of a successful product management team that manages all the products or games that Krafton creates. I also got to experience how new projects are pitched, how the PM team creates and launches plans and new events, along with designing and developing them. I actively worked to create and design potential proposals for new projects, experiencing the planning and design process of new events, features, and products.
